Accessing and using Augmentus
The links below contain purchase terms, use terms, your responsibilities, and other information you need to know about the offerings you receive from Augmentus.
These terms govern your access to and use of Augmentus’ various offerings, Software-as-a-Service product(s) relating to robot programming, including an industrial robot programming software which enables non-technical users to program AI robots quickly and efficiently (collectively, the “Augmentus Software”), support services (including basic and enterprise-level support services), hardware reselling services and other customisation and development-related services (collectively, the “Services”).
This Hardware Resale Terms supplements and is incorporated into the Augmentus Terms of Service, and this Hardware Resale Terms shall be read in conjunction with the Augmentus Terms of Service and your Purchase Order. In the event of any conflict between the Augmentus Terms of Service and this Hardware Resale Terms, the provisions of this Hardware Resale Terms shall prevail. All terms used in this EULA shall, unless otherwise specified, bear the meanings defined in the Augmentus Terms of Service.
Augmentus reserves the exclusive right to periodically update this Hardware Resale Terms unilaterally at its discretion at any time, by posting the new Hardware Resale Terms at the following URL: https://www.augmentus.tech/legal/hardware-resale-terms. Your purchase of any Hardware via Augmentus will be subject to the version of this Hardware Resale Terms which is in effect as at the date of your purchase. it is your responsibility to check this page every time you place a new order for Hardware via Augmentus
This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legally binding agreement between you (either an individual or a single corporate entity) and Augmentus Pte. Ltd. (“Augmentus”) governing the download, installation, activation, access and use of all software programs distributed, published or otherwise made available by Augmentus or its affiliates, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and on-line or electronic documentation (collectively, the “Software”). This EULA supplements and is incorporated into the Augmentus Terms of Service, and this EULA shall be read in conjunction with the Augmentus Terms of Service and your Purchase Order. In the event of any conflict between the Augmentus Terms of Service and this EULA, the provisions of this EULA shall prevail. All terms used in this EULA shall, unless otherwise specified, bear the meanings defined in the Augmentus Terms of Service.
