About your role
- Oversee and manage the long-term strategic financial outlook of the company and report to upper management.
- Track and reconcile revenue, expenses, and bank statements in accordance with US GAAP.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing of management accounts on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
- Continuously review and optimize operational processes and models to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and drive customer satisfaction.
- Oversee, design and implement strategic talent acquisition and workforce planning initiatives while ensuring compliance with US labor regulations.
- Manage employee relations by fostering a positive work environment, addressing workplace concerns, and ensuring alignment with company policies.
- Ensure company operations are well-run and efficient.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operations in a start-up environment.
- Knowledge of accounting and corporate compliance is preferred.
- Excellent communicator with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, execute strategic initiatives, and collaborate across teams.
